Izabela Babinska
Izabela is design editor for the Michigan State University’s (MSU) literary digest, the Red Cedar Review. She’s majoring in Spanish and professional writing. Her first novel will likely detail her work at the MSU Union post office.
Iza was raised Catholic, grew up in Poland and moved to the U.S. when she was eight. Iza contributes hours of research, social media interaction and photography to the site. We’re still trying to get her to write a guest blog, but she needs a little encouragement.
Whitney Orth
Whitney is also a double major. Apparently the MSU Professional Writing Program attracts overachievers. Major No. 2 for Whitney is studio art. Whitney was raised Baptist. Fantastic fact: Whitney will do anything she can to avoid eating with a spoon. A spoon! Ever tried to eat yogurt or soup with a fork?
Whitney redesigned the site and helped us set up queries, guest bloggers and media for the site. She’s got a blog so check her out here.

I love mayo, hate miracle whip; never exercise my rights just because I can; am offended by Tex-Mex; sniff people as they pass (bums included); want to curl; can’t watch old people eat; fear the night; want to meet Snooki from the Jersey Shore; and have a guardian angel named Annabelle (she’s a hippie).
Oh, and I love my family. Dearly. They give me a lot of my material. Imitation is the most sincere form of flattery.
